Terms of Use

By downloading or using Purra (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Purra is provided by Effectly OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17137915) ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the terms of the app store you downloaded it from (the Apple App Store or Google Play). You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app or any part of it.

Purra is free to use, with an optional premium upgrade. You can choose either an auto-renewing monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks premium content permanently. Both unlock exactly the same content. For the subscription: unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it renews automatically and your payment method is charged for the next period. You can view, manage, or cancel a subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. The lifetime purchase is a single payment and never renews. Every purchase is a non-transferable license, not ownership of the content, and can be restored on a new device. Payment and refunds are handled by the app store under its terms; we cannot charge or refund you directly. The current price is always shown before you confirm.

The breathing exercises and relaxation content in this app are for general relaxation and wellbeing only. They are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use the app while driving, swimming, in water, or operating machinery. Practice only while seated or lying down in a safe environment. If you are pregnant or have a heart, respiratory, or other medical condition, consult a doctor before using breathing exercises. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy or unwell.

Notes, to-do items, journal entries, and custom exercises you create remain yours. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

The app and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Your license to the app is between you and us, not with Apple or Google, and the app store is not responsible for the app or its content. On Apple devices, you acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You must comply with the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms of service when using the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
